For the 2nd time the NYS Supreme Court Appellate Division ruled that the Edgemont incorporation petition failed to comply with NYS law.

The Town of Greenburgh prevailed again in the Edgemont incorporation litigation. The Appellate Court agreed with my determination that the petition that the incorporation petitioners had filed did not comply with New York State Law. This is the 2nd time the Appellate Division of the New York State Supreme Court has ruled that the incorporation petition was not sufficient.
On another matter...ARDSLEY ROAD AND SPRAIN ROAD
I just spoke with Con Ed and they will be working in the area of Ardsley Road and Sprain Road for three weeks. The total closure should be resolved within a few days.
SUEZ WORK ON FORTHILL ROAD AND HIGHLAND ROAD TOMORROW
“Suez” water is performing repairs to their 30” water main on Ardsley Road between Forthill road and Highland road and there will be lane closures with detours?
The work is Scheduled for tomorrow 0830-1630, we will have two police officers on location and the company will place roadwork signs.
