RESCHEDULED SITE VISIT OF KNOLLWOOD COUNTRY CLUB
SATURDAY DECEMBER 19 11 am
RAIN/SNOW DATE: SUNDAY DECEMBER 20 AT 1 PM
Another public hearing scheduled for January 13 at 7:30 PM
As you know the Town Board held a public hearing on an application to build a 20 MegaWatt Battery Energy Storage system and related infrastructure on a portion of the Knollwood Country Club on Wed December 9th. The club claims that without approval they will have to sell the property to a developer -probably for homes.
If you did not watch the public hearing on TV or on the website the link is below:

Important issues have been raised by residents, the Planning Board and CAC and we will do our due diligence before we make any decisions. Your input is very important to us. If you have any questions feel free to reach out to me- anytime. I am asking the club for copies of 1. Lease for the 1.6 acres; 2. Agreement to Take-Over Management of the Club;3. Option to Buy Land Owned by the Club or the Real Estate Company and all ancillary agreements
