A special thank you to the Greenburgh Health Center for helping almost 100 voters get flu shots at their outdoor flu shot van this entire early voting week (Monday to Friday).
And...another special thank you to members of Union Baptist Church for setting up a table with free refreshments. The congregants at Union Baptist didn't even identify themselves as sponsors - they just want to make the wait for voters more pleasant.
EARLY VOTING ON SATURDAY AND SUNDAY AT TOWN HALL FROM NOON TO 6 PM
The waiting time on Friday was not bad (many people got in and out in an hour or less). We also have two other special lines: for seniors (which is shorter than for everyone else) and for the disabled (no line). If you are disabled tell the police to let you into the parking area at Greenburgh Town Hall- park right at the entrance to the building so you don't have to wait. If you're disabled go right to the entrance of the building (don't wait on line). If you want to drop off an absentee ballot no line waiting.
You can also vote at other early voting locations- anywhere in the county. Lines may be shorter (no guarantees).
During the past week we also had food trucks with delicious food. Food this weekend!
