Voters who waited on line for over 3 hours at Greenburgh Town Hall early voting location today complained about lack of food and soft drink. We need food vendors at Town Hall parking lot!
WANTED FOOD FOR HUNGRY VOTERS WHO WAIT ON LINE TO VOTE FOR HOURS (some voters said they waited for over 4 hours to vote)
I spent much of today outside Greenburgh Town Hall and Dobbs Ferry Village Hall speaking to voters. A big complaint at Greenburgh Town Hall: hungry voters. As a result, I'm asking food vendors and local restaurants who would like to sell food and soft drinks to contact me at pfeiner@greenburghny.com. This could be an opportunity for local food trucks and local restaurants to get some business, to introduce themselves to residents and to make the voting waiting process more comfortable for those waiting on line.
