Greenburgh dog swim schedule for September 13th--because of COVID 19 we're running the swim a differently than in previous years
The Town of Greenburgh Department of Parks and Recreation would like to invite you to bring your pooch to the Annual “Dog Days of Summer” dog swim! This is always one of the most popular and fun events of the year. Because of COVID-19 restrictions we are handling this differently this year. Info below. Have fun!
DATE: Sunday, September 13, 2020
TIME: 9:00am-4:00pm (weather pending, postponement date TBD)
Reservations will be required (one session per household).
3 sessions – 9am-11am, 11:30am-1:30pm, 2pm-4pm
Max 30 dogs per session
LOCATION: Anthony F. Veteran Park (11 Olympic Lane, Ardsley) Interactive (Kiddie) Pool
FEE: $10.00 per dog (max 2 people per dog)
Resident registration begins 8/24, Non-resident begins 9/1
NO REFUNDS
COVID: Face coverings must be worn at all times in the pool area. Touch surfaces will be disinfected between sessions.
All dogs must be licensed and have all current vaccinations.
There will be no “small dog” area this year. All dogs will be mixed together.
Proceeds from the event go to the “Friends of the East Rumbrook Dog Park Association”
