List of streets that are closed (updated)
how to report outages

Con Ed is reporting to the Town of outages.  About 275 customers are currently without power.

Pondside is out of power, Taylor Road, Cross Road, a portion of Old Sprain Road, some of Hartsdale Ave.  Hillside Avenue is closed between Virginia Road and Lawrence Street.  Homes on Winnetou, Tomahawk, Leather Stocking  are out of power.  Dobbs ferry Road, between Stadium Road and Downing Dr is closed.

Town DPW is working to remove trees and branches, but Con Ed crews are restricted from working due to the high winds.

The DPW is communicating with Con Ed and the Police to coordinate power and roadway issues.

Con Ed advises that the quickest way to get power restored is to do the following:

Note: Customers can report power outages or service problems by calling 1-800-75-coned or online at www.coned.com (where they can also view service restoration information and our outage map). Con Edison customers can sign up for text notifications at conEd.com/text or by texting to REG to OUTAGE (688243) and follow the prompts. You will need to enter your Con Edison account number to complete the registration process. Once you’ve registered, you will not need your account number to report or check the status of a power problem.
