News Flash

Two days ago I issued an emergency order with guidelines for supermarkets to follow that are located within the town of Greenburgh. I indicated that when I extend the order next week I am inclined to add another requirement: that supermarkets take the temperature of employees before they start to work. I am very pleased to report that H Mart in Hartsdale has already started to test employees temperature. I believe that their action will reduce anxiety among shoppers and could save lives. 

I will continue to report proactive measures taken by supermarkets/pharmacies in Greenburgh to keep all of us safe and healthy. Thank you H Mart!

Dear Mr. Paul J. Feiner.My name is Sean Kim, office manager at H Mart Hartsdale.
We have received the local emergency order no.1.1 today.
we’ve been checking our employees temperature before work,provide masks for our employees everyday,  
set the first hour of business hours for seniors, (as of today, 9am to 10am)reduced number of customers allowed in at one time,marked 6feet distance both outside and check-out counters for social distancing, provide hand sanitizer and unused gloves also wipe the handle of shopping cart at the entrance,provide a receptacle outside for used masks and gloves at the exit.
we will continue to do our best to keep both customers and employees safe.
