Due to ongoing concerns regarding the spread and transmission of the Novel Coronavirus in Westchester County, the Court sessions previously scheduled to commence at 9AM, 9:30AM and 2PM on Mon. thru Fri. at the Town of Greenburgh have been cancelled.
COURT SESSIONS ARE CANCELLED
Due to ongoing concerns regarding the spread and transmission of the Novel Coronavirus (COVID – 19) in Westchester County, the Court sessions previously scheduled to commence at 9AM, 9:30AM and 2PM on Monday through Friday at the Town of Greenburgh have been cancelled.
CRIMINAL CASES: If you have received appearance ticket by the Police Department or phone call/email/letter from the Greenburgh Court directing you to appear at the Courthouse, you will be notified of your future adjournment date via a phone call/email/letter.
VEHICLE AND TRAFFIC CASES: If you have received an Appearance/Pre-Trial Conference or Trial notice regarding a traffic matter from the Greenburgh Court directing you to appear at the Courthouse, you will be notified of your future adjournment date via US Postal Mail.
TOWN ORDINANCE/BUILDING CODE CASES: If you have a matter on the Town Ordinance/Building Code calendar, you will be similarly notified by mail as to your next appearance date.
ALL CIVIL CASES: If you are a party to a Civil matter, including Small Claims, Summary/Special Proceeding (Landlord-Tenant/Non-Payment/Holdover/Eviction) you will be notified by mail as to your next appearance date.
In the event, you do not receive postal mail/ phone call/ email/ letter from the Court with your new date and time to appear within the next 30 days, please call the court to inquire further at (914) 989-1875. In the event, you change your address, please provide the address change information the Court via fax at (914) 682-5383.
