The Chelsea Assisted Living Facility on Dobbs Ferry Road should open in June. Sewer and gas main need to be completed. Sorry for inconveniences.

The Chelsea is an Assisted Living Facility under construction. Some residents asked for an update-when will it open. They will have about 500 feet of 8 inch CL 54 DIP sewer to put in which will probably take till April. ANd, then a gas main has to be installed in the same general area for about the same length, which was 1200 feet from the starting point. The Town’s on site engineer, Rob Risley feels that it will be hard to complete this before May 1st, although that work is much shallower and should go faster. It’s now anticipated that THE CHELSEA should be open in June.
