Dogs are our best friends. And, some dogs in our community are walking safely and intelligently in the evening—actually more safely than human beings!. Here’s a photo of one of the role models in our community: a dog that walks wearing two reflectors in the evening. Humans who walk at night need to wear bright clothing or reflectors. And dogs should too! There have been too many pedestrian related accidents. It’s difficult for motorists to see in the dark. Our Greenburgh Police department has been giving out hundreds of reflectors in recent months/years. We want you to be safe- and to enjoy 2020!
