Steps to Register and Pay Your Water Bill Online
Create Payment Site Account
Link Your Account
- Click Utility Billing (from the menu on the left)
- Click Link to Account (right side of screen)
- Enter your Account ID (required)
- Enter your Customer ID (CID) (required)
- Click Submit
Select Your Bill to be Paid
- Click Manage Bills
- Select a Bill to Pay
- Click PAY NOW to add it to your cart
- Select additional bills to be paid
Complete Payment Details
- Enter your payment information
- Enter any additional information as required
- Confirm your payment information
- Click Submit
Digital Receipt
- Once payment has been submitted a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided. The receipt will include a confirmation number.
Please Note:
There is a 3.25% convenience fee for paying by credit card (with a $2.50 minimum) and $1 flat fee for paying by electronic check.
Account registration and account linking is a one-time task. All customer and account information will be saved and available for future payments.
