The Hartsdale Parking district is providing emergency parking via the Passport App in the Site A garage. Patrons should use zone #10555 and enter their license plate information to initiate a 24 Hr parking session at a rate of $25.  Park only at levels 1, 2, 4 and 5. Level 3 is reserved for Site A 24HR permit holders.  This can be helpful to those who want to relocate their cars during the storm. The site C parking lot is flooded.  The parking district has suspended street meter enforcement today. Enforcement of all other locations continues, according to the district.
