In recent weeks we have been posting on the town website some of the exciting news about Central Ave. We're thrilled that Barnes & Noble, new restaurants, two golf simulator businesses, a new furniture store, Crumbl cookies and a hotel for cats have signed leases or have opened.
One of the reasons vacant stores are being replaced with vibrant new businesses on Central Ave is because the community is supporting the businesses. The word is spreading that Central Ave and Greenburgh is a good place to do business. And, our newly formed Greenburgh Chamber of Commerce hopes to help small businesses on Central Ave spread the word about what they have to offer the community.
The UPS store on 656 Central Ave in the Edgemont section of town has been in business for exactly one year. They are celebrating their anniversary with some promotions on Tuesday. The store has gotten great reviews from residents of our town. Let's continue to support all the businesses in our community. THANK YOU.

Dear Mr. Feiner,
Hope you are doing well. I can't believe we are approaching our 1st Anniversary on Tuesday, March 14th. It is a very exciting day for me and my team. The time just flew by very quickly. This journey could not have been possible without your and community's support. As a thank you to everyone we are hosting a small celebration at the store on Tuesday and would like to invite all the members of the community to stop by and avail the anniversary promotional sales that we will be offering. I would greatly appreciate it, if you can please post any of the flyers on the Towns website.
As always, I am very grateful and thankful for all your help and support. I have attached our anniversary flyer.
Regards,
Meeta
