[ARCHIVED] In memory of Cleo Oliver, civic giant, town will rebroadcast about 30 tapes of the 3Cs non stop

Cleo Oliver was a giant in our community. Town will rebroadcast about 30 archived shows that she co-hosted this weekend -from Friday at midnight to Monday AM on public access TV channel 76 or 35

In memory and in honor of Cleo Oliver town will rebroadcast about 30 archived shows of the 3Cs from Friday at midnight to Monday Morning on channel 76 and 35 (depending on whether you have optimum or Fios)

Civic leader  Cleo  Oliver passed away last week.  Cleo was a model citizen – the President of the Hillside Wyndover Civic Association. The Vice Chair of the Council of Greenburgh Civic Associations. A member  of the Police Advisory Board. She attended numerous Town Board meetings during my years as Town Supervisor, sometimes critical, sometimes supportive but always respectful and constructive.
She hosted the 3Cs cable TV show for over a quarter of a century speaking out about issues of importance to the town. In her honor and in her memory the town will be re-broadcasting approximately 30 archived tapes of old shows non stop from Friday June 17 to early morning Monday June 20th. The taped shows will run non stop all weekend long throughout the town on channel 76 or 35 depending on whether viewers have optimum or Fios.  Nothing else will be shown this weekend.
Cleo is worthy of more than just having her shows shown on public access TV. The Town Board and I will discuss other appropriate honors. We look forward to working with the family to determine the best way to honor her life and to encourage people to continue to be inspired by her legacy.
All the members of the Town Board - Francis Sheehan, Ken Jones, Gina Jackson, Ellen Hendrickx and myself join the Oliver family in mourning a great resident who made our community a much better place. We will never forget Cleo.
