[ARCHIVED] local holocaust living history interviews to air on public access TV

Remember the Holocaust --we must learn from history
Living history interviews to air on public access TV this entire weekend

Remembering the Holocaust.
Thursday was Yom Hsahoah--Holocaust Remembrance Day. Six million Jews were murdered in the Holocaust by Nazi Germany and its collaborators.

The dead bodies,  the displacement of children and women fleeing violence in Ukraine, the heavy weapons, fire and air strikes on cities and civilian neighborhoods, insecurity and deprivation, the suffering that takes place every day highlights the fact that there are people in the world who did not learn from the lessons of the Holocaust.

A few years ago we organized a Holocaust Living history.  The Holocaust survivors told their stories. The interviews of some  local Holocaust survivors will air on public access TV this entire weekend.  We must never forget and we must learn from the horrors of  history.

The Holocaust Living History will air on Channel 76 Cablevision, 35 Fios

today  through 6am Monday morning.
