Greenburgh residents Dr. Ronald Litepio and Irena Portenko spoke to the Greenburgh Town Board last night about conditions in the Ukraine, about members of their families who are currently fighting for their lives and the lives of their families and country. They also spoke about an evening of song and solidarity to benefit the citizens of Ukraine that will take place at the Tarrytown Music Hall this Sunday, March 27th at 8 PM. All ticket sales will be donated to charities supporting the Ukrainian rescue efforts. Irena is a highly respected world renowned musician and well known classical pianist and Dr. Litepio has performed with the Ukrainian Dumka Chorus. The Chorus has been seen on Saturday Night Live on February 26. There are very few tickets left. I hope to see you on Sunday.
