There is a vacancy on the Hartsdale Public Parking district. There are three non salaried Commissioners who make policy and oversee the day to day operations of the Parking district. The two current members of the Parking District are Bill Sicari and Myrna Anover.
The Hartsdale Public Parking district was created by an act of the NYS Legislature in 1952. The three member commission oversees the parking lots and garages in Hartsdale. These properties were developed autonomous of the town of Greenburgh and the operations are paid for by permit sales and parking meter revenues.

What qualifications are we looking for:
1. A property owner in the unincorporated Town of Greenburgh, Hartsdale preferred. I object to this provision in state law
2. Business acumen
3. Excellent inter-personal skills with a history of managing staffs.
4. Direct experience in Human Resource and/or Financial Management roles.
5. Construction Management background, Civil Engineering background or related experience a plus.
6. Sales, Marketing and Digital Technologies experience a plus.
