The Hartsdale Public Parking district was created by an act of the NYS Legislature in 1952. The three member commission oversees the parking lots and garages in Hartsdale. What qualifications are we looking for:
1. A property owner in the unincorporated Town of Greenburgh, Hartsdale preferred. o the Parking District. But he was not allowed to serve because he lived in a house owned by his wife, not him. I am hopeful that the State Legislature will one d When the district was created by the State government they required Commissioners to be property owners (something I have objected to for many years).
2. Business acumen
3. Excellent inter-personal skills with a history of managing staffs.
4. Direct experience in Human Resource and/or Financial Management roles.
5. Construction Management background, Civil Engineering background or related experience a plus.
6. Sales, Marketing and Digital Technologies experience a plus.
