Welcome Nothing Bundt Cakes store 303 North Central Ave, Hartsdale. Thank you for choosing Greenburgh/Hartsdale as the location for your new business. Greenburgh residents who love delicious cakes in a variety of flavors and sizes will be excited to patronize your store. Good luck and thanks for being a part of our town. PAUL FEINER

I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself, Andreea Enica, and my business partner, Florentina Enica. We are twin sisters and we are the owners of the first Nothing Bundt Cakes store in Hartsdale, NY to be opened on Saturday, October 9th, 2021. Dallas-based Nothing Bundt Cakes was founded in Las Vegas in 1997 by Dena Tripp and Debbie Shwetz, and has grown to more than 400 franchised and corporate bakeries in 40+ states in the U.S. and in Canada. Our Bakeries offer Bundt Cakes in a variety of flavors and sizes such as bite-sized Bundtinis®, miniature Bundtlets and 8- and 10-inch cakes plus decorations and gift options for all occasions. Nothing Bundt Cakes is committed to building a team of bakery owners and employees who embody the joy-filled brand, resulting in industry accolades including Entrepreneur’s Franchise 500 List, Franchise Business Review’s “Top 50 Franchises” and, for five years running, Franchise Times’ “Fast and Serious.” For more information about Nothing Bundt Cakes, visit https://www.nothingbundtcakes.com.

Our Nothing Bundt Cakes store is located at 303 North Central Avenue in Hartsdale and is open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. This is the first in Westchester County and the sixth in the state. Our luscious cakes are baked in-house and are made with the finest ingredients, including real eggs, butter and cream cheese, in 40 unique designs and 10 delicious flavors.

Here is a little bit about us and our story; my sister and I came to the United States from Romania to follow careers in tennis. After a short while, we experienced Nothing Bundt Cakes and decided to pursue the “American Dream”. We started making plans to open our own Nothing Bundt Cakes bakery in Hartsdale. Although we are from Romania and our husbands are from Romania and Viet Nam, we all met in America. Our love for both tennis and cakes brought us all together, and now we are so excited to pursue this dream. As children, we would gather with family, and our grandmother welcomed us with freshly baked cake. So, Bundt cakes to us mean traveling back to those moments of celebration, laughter, and priceless memories. We can’t wait to share the same with this amazing community. We will celebrate our Grand Opening the first week of November.

We appreciate the continued support from the Town of Greenburgh and we are honored to invite you to our Grand Opening- Ribbon Cutting event on November 4th, 2021 at 12pm ET at 303 North Central Avenue, Hartsdale, NY 10530. We are currently partnering with the Business Council of Westchester and together we would love to make this a great celebration. I look forward to hearing back from you.

Sincerely,
