In recent years i have highlighted local businesses. Today, I'm highlighting a business that has it's offices in different parking lots and driveways around town. It's a business that is doing nicely because Chris Russo of Ardsley thought out of the box during the pandemic. Many people prefer outside fitness training programs during these difficult times.

Chris Russo has been a nationally certified personal trainer (NASM CPT) since 2005 with the National Academy of Sports Medicine.

He is a resident of Ardsley (since 2018) and has two boys in the Ardsley school district.

He has specialties in Nutrition, Sports Performance, Corrective Exercise, Stretching, Cardiovascular Exercise and Senior Fitness.

He is CPR/AED certified and has personal trainer insurance as well.

During the pandemic many of his customers expressed a desire to get outdoor fitness training so Chris transitioned his business from NYC indoor gym training to outdoor fitness training in Greenburgh.

You might have seen his silver Nissan Rogue filled with hundred of pounds of workout equipment in and around Greenburgh. He takes his outdoor equipment to driveways, garages, backyards, condo, school and local park parking lots or wherever you may be!

Chris is like the old fashioned doctor. He makes house calls helping people of all ages and abilities get into shape.  He has half hour and one hour sessions available and also organizes group classes for up to six people.
Phone or text him at 917.679.9561 or email at christopher.p.russo@gmail.com.
