Introduction:
As we proved last week with our article (Old-papers-highlights-Part-I---1884-gets-off-to-a-bad-start-in-Tarrytown (greenburghny.com), looking at old papers and comparing them to the papers of today shows how a given society has changed. Last week’s article showed that Greenburgh has changed a lot since 1884.
Let us now continue this enlightening journey through the past, by looking at 1946 and 1947 issues of the Ardsley Leader. Our next installment reveals some similarities between 1946-1947 and now, as well as one major difference
