A meeting with civic leaders last Wednesday on Payne resulted in a resolution approved by the Town Board less than a week later authorizing a stop sign
The Town Board approved the following resolution on Tuesday night adding a stop sign on Payne & Cabot. Hope this reduces speeding on Payne and increases safety. Police Chief Chris McNerney, Sgt Nick Reckson and I met last Wed with North Elmsford civic leaders and residents on Payne (at Massaro Park) and was able to act quickly. Appreciate the quick action the police and Town Board took to address this safety concern. PAUL FEINER
