The Department of Community Resources is fortunate to partner with the Nepperhan Community Center of Yonkers, New York. The HMREP program seeks to develop and support healthy relationships and life skills for up to 500 young adults and at-risk youths living in the Yonkers, Greenburgh, Mt. Vernon, New Rochelle, and Tuckahoe communities.

The Theodore D. Young Community Center facility will serve as a satellite location for programs such as HMREP and empowerYOU.
Through empowerYOU, individuals and families, 16 years of age and older will receive intensive career counseling, financial literacy training, active parenting skills, and healthy relationship skills.
