WOMEN’S FITNESS  (MORNINGS)

DATE:              Session1, October 9 - December 6, 2019   *No Class 11/6, 11/22*

                              Session 2, January 8th - February 28th 2020

DAY/TIME:              Tuesday/Thursday  6:15 am - 7:15 am

LOCATION:            TDYCC Dance Studio

AGES:                     Women 15 years of age and older

FEES:                      Fees are per session (see dates above): 

                                 $90.00 - Resident

                                 $110.00 - Non Resident 

All fitness levels are welcome! Instructor Donna Thomas will guide you through this adult fitness program of energetic cardiovascular moves and body sculpting exercises to increase strength and endurance. Please bring a yoga mat/towel & water.

                               Session 2, January 7th - February 27th 2020 (*No Class 1/21*)

DAY/TIME:             Monday & Wednesday 7:00pm – 8:00pm
LOCATION:            TDYCC Dance Studio

AGES:                    Women 15 years of age and older
