Classes are designed for individuals over the age of thirteen and over to learn how to swim. Participants are taught how to breathe, kick, and float properly utilizing the correct arm stroke techniques. Participants learn how the prone float, elementary backstroke, breast, and crawl stroke. Participants are given instruction at all levels from non-swimmers to stroke development and analysis.
Swim Test required prior to registering
Level 1/2 - ENROLLMENT: Maximum: 6
Level 3/4 - ENROLLMENT: Maximum: 6
Session 2: April 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th, May 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd (8 weeks)
FEES: Residents - $90.00/Non-Residents - $155.00
Session 3: June 5th, 12th, 19th, 26th, July 10th (5 weeks) (No class July 3rd)
FEES: Residents - $55.00/Non-Residents - $95.00
Session 4: July 24th, 31st August 7th, 14th, 21st (5 weeks)
FEES: Residents - $55.00/Non-Residents - $95.00
